fix(tekton/v1): fix the taskrun created by trigger `pr-to-feature-branches-labeled-with-lgtm` (#3859)

- Use the release image (gh preinstalled) and bash for the edit step,
export GH_TOKEN from the github workspace instead of installing gh and
running gh auth login.
- Remove the deprecated v0 trigger and its kustomization entry.
