pipelines(tiflow): update dm compatibility test to use base_sha instead
of base_ref

The change modifies the dm compatibility test pipeline for tiflow 8.5 to
use `base_sha` instead of `base_ref` when checking out the previous
version for building test binaries. This ensures the test uses the exact
commit SHA from the base branch rather than just the branch name.
