refactor(pingcap/tidb): clean up next-gen real tikv test script and update branch filter in presubmit config (#3501)

- Removed commented-out artifact fetching code from the test script.
- Simplified the list of test scripts to run by removing unnecessary
entries.
- Updated the branch filter in the presubmit configuration to match the
master branch instead of the feature branch.
