feat(br): add failure notification for daily BR integration tests

Implement a post-failure notification mechanism in the daily BR integration test pipelines across multiple release branches (6.1, 6.5, 7.1, 7.5, and 8.1). The notification sends the build status, branch information, and build URL to a specified Feishu webhook upon test failure.
