- Added a new periodic job named
`periodic-update-pingcap-monitoring-dmr-8.2` for the `release-8.2`
branch.
- Updated the `golang` image version from `1.21.6` to `1.21.11` for
existing periodic jobs.
- Ensured consistent formatting and indentation across the file.
