ticdc: also run tests for release-8.5 hotfix or feature branch (#4139)

This PR modifies the matcher from `release-8.5` to
`release-8\.5(\.\d+)?(-\d+)?(-v[\.\d]+)?(-\d+)?`, so it can also match
[release-8.5-20260129-v8.5.5](https://github.com/pingcap/ticdc/tree/release-8.5-20260129-v8.5.5)
